Key Lime Pie S’mores
Makes 6
6 whole graham crackers, broken into square halves
3/4 cup Key lime curd or pie filling
12 marshmallows
Spread the half of the graham crackers with a thick layer of lime curd (about 2 tablespoons apiece). Toast the marshmallows until they are slightly blackened on the outside and soft inside. Smear the marshmallows on the other half of the graham crackers. Sandwich and eat immediately.

Graham cracker + chocolate with salted caramel + crisp bacon + marshmallow

Chocolate graham + peanut butter + marshmallow
Strawberry Banana
Graham cracker + sliced strawberries + sliced banana + marshmallow

Campfire Ban, no problem, here is a recipe for cast iron pan s’more.
1 cup chocolate chips
8 large marshmallows
graham crackers for dipping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450.
In a cast iron skillet, add the chocolate chips. Snip the large marshmallows in half and top the chocolate chips with them. (You could also use a scoop of mini marshmallows alternatively.)
Once the oven is up to temperature, add the skillet to the oven. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown.
Serve with graham crackers for scooping.
Adult s’more, make any of the above s’mores and them dip them in Baileys.
