in·tri·cate – adjective
very complicated or detailed.
This weeks photo challenge I am picking these pictures of me learning to reverse our new trailer.
Intricate usually brings images of small delicate details. Forr me, on this day, this lesson was intricate. The smallest turn of the wheel and that trailer was headed in the wrong direction. I know as I get better I will realize this task it not that intricate at all, but as I learn I find it very intricate.
I must admit I cannot back up a trailer either. It is not easy!

If you rest your hand on the bottom of the steering wheel, the trailer will go the way you move your hand. 🙂

Good for you! Well done! I haven’t towed our trailer, forwards or backwards. I haven’t even driven our American truck in England. It’s scary enough being a passenger: https://whichwaynow101.wordpress.com/2015/04/28/stolen/

Thank you, I will keep working at it.

Give yourself credit for attempting this task. Many would leave it up to their spouse. I’m giving you a High Five!

Thanks and while learning I am providing a great source of entertainment for those around me.

How is it going? Is there another lesson scheduled?

Yes, the next time we are in an open parking lot. I am not ready for a campground any time soon but maybe by the end of camping season.

I would call that success – some of us will still be bemoaning our inability to back up the trailer by the end of summer, and you’ll actually have a talent to show off!
