Camp That Site: Enjoy BC with the right site the first time

I love watching T-Shirt swaps on TikTok so thought it would be fun to try a camping edition. Our friends are always up to a new activity so when I proposed this game, most jumped on board. After some explanation, we were able to get buy in from everyone, so I started planning.

I used the free web site, Draw names , which allowed each person to secretly be assigned a name. A $25 limit was set and each person entered their preferred size in our group chat. After that, it was left to the imagination and Amazon’s delivery dates.

We had so much fun looking up t-shirt designs and making unsolicited suggestions for each other. Finding and suggesting options was 1/2 the fun. As it turned out, keeping the names a secret was the hardest part, and everyone had an idea who each person had before the great reveal.

The day of the swap, I had each participant wrap the T-shirt in a gift bag with a tag of the person who would receive it. Bags were set out on display and we drew cards for the order. 2 people took a seat in the ‘reveal’ chairs, one male and one female each time.

We watch as each person opened their shirts and put them on. So many laughs were had!

It was so much and we all wore the t-shirts most of the weekend. At one point we all wore them to the local brewery. On the way back we were crossing the street and the driver asked us to slow down so he could read each shirt.

I would recommend this activity. It was a huge success and now we all have a fun camping shirt to wear and great memories to look back on.
